The Holy Spirit does not convict believers of sin — He convicts us of righteousness.
He reminds us how perfect we are before God, how holy we are through Christ.
Even if you watch pornography, or even do fornication, He still abides in you.
His responsibility is to remind you how precious and righteous you are before God.
He is not moved by your sins. His love for you is beyond your performance.
It is through hearing His goodness that you will be able to repent from all your wicked ways.
Do you despise the riches of His goodness? Not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? (Romans 2:4)
